Role Overview:

The Director, Omnichannel Analytics will lead cross-functional teams to deliver omnichannel reporting and insights for pharma clients. This role focuses on digital channels, translating brand objectives into measurable KPIs, and providing actionable insights for strategic and tactical decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery & Analytics

  • Lead omnichannel reporting and insights projects across digital channels.

  • Develop measurement frameworks and translate brand objectives into measurable KPIs.

  • Oversee dashboard enhancements, maintenance, and automation to improve efficiency.

  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports highlighting trends and insights.

  • Collaborate with analytics teams and clients to recommend experiments and A/B tests.

  • Ensure compliance with client procedures, regulations, and documentation standards.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical client stakeholders.

  • Act as primary point of contact for client interactions, aligning reporting and insights with business objectives.

  • Share industry trends, best practices, and innovative solutions with clients.

3. Team Leadership & Project Management

  • Lead a team of analysts and consultants, providing mentorship and guidance.

  • Develop internal digital education and training programs for team members.

  • Oversee digital analytics projects from inception to delivery, ensuring quality and client alignment.

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to address complex client challenges.

4. Business Development & Growth

  • Identify new business opportunities and support proposals, presentations, and pitches.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic direction for the Pharma Commercial Analytics practice.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience:

    • 12+ years in digital and omnichannel analytics/insights.

    • 5+ years in life sciences/pharma industry.

    • 5+ years in team management roles.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of paid media strategies, tactics, and measurement.

    • Experience analyzing website performance and UI/UX optimization.

    • Expertise in translating digital marketing goals into measurable KPIs.

    • Experience delivering digital/omnichannel reporting and insights.

    • Client relationship management and stakeholder communication.

  • Tools & Platforms:

    • Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.

    • Media Platforms & Data: MCI/Datorama, PLD/NPI Activity Data, DCM, SA360, HCP365, AIMXR, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok.

    • Power BI and Co-pilot.

    • CRM platforms: Veeva, SFMC.


Must-Have Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to frame business issues, design solutions, and deliver results.
