Role Summary

The Content Development Specialist works within Accenture’s Marketing Operations team, focusing on managing digital marketing content workflows, regulatory submission processes, and content management systems. The role combines creative content handling with technical platform expertise (especially Veeva Vault PromoMats) to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient marketing asset production.


Key Responsibilities

1. Asset Review & Packaging

  • Perform self-quality checks (QC) on marketing assets

  • Ensure completeness of all required creative components

  • Prepare submission packages and templates for review and approval


2. Technical Submission (Veeva Vault PromoMats)

  • Upload final approved assets into Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM)

  • Link claims, components, metadata, annotations, and approvals

  • Ensure accuracy of all regulatory and content metadata

  • Create handoff packages for external partners when required


3. Workflow & Process Management

  • Manage assets in workflow tools such as Jira / Workfront

  • Track progress and ensure timely updates at each stage

  • Coordinate with global teams in a “follow-the-sun” delivery model

  • Ensure smooth end-of-day handoffs across regions

  • Identify process improvement opportunities


4. Stakeholder Communication

  • Communicate status updates clearly with internal and external teams

  • Support collaboration across creative, regulatory, and operations teams

  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on submission status and timelines


Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Experience in digital content production (email, banners, social media, print)

  • Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Acrobat)

  • Experience or familiarity with Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM) or similar CMS tools

  • Understanding of regulated content workflows

Core Competencies

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
