Key Responsibilities

1. Content Development & Learning Design

Design and create:

  • eLearning modules

  • Workshops

  • Assessments

  • Scientific learning materials

  • Digital training content

Ensure:

  • Scientific accuracy

  • High learner engagement

  • Alignment with business goals

  • Compliance with organizational standards


2. Scientific Communication

  • Interpret complex scientific and clinical information.

  • Translate technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences.

  • Support multiple therapeutic areas.


3. Stakeholder Collaboration
