Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring Compliance: Oversee the company's adherence to internal policies and procedures on a daily basis.
  • Infra Compliance: Ensure all infrastructure and prerequisites for operations are in place, and track the validity of licenses.
  • Violations: Identify and report any violations of laws or regulations to management and regulatory bodies.
  • Resolving Issues: Handle end-to-end resolution of issues related to licenses and compliance.
  • Policy Development: Create and update policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Monitoring Communication: Oversee communication with regulatory authorities regarding licenses.
  • Renewals: Work with the Regional Head and COO for timely renewal of licenses and escalate when necessary.
  • Submissions: Track and report all submissions of documents to authorities, maintaining an organized tracker.
  • Reporting: Provide monthly updates to management on the compliance status through a detailed tracker.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in compliance, operations, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to create, track, and manage compliance documentation.
  • Good communication skills, especially with regulatory authorities.
