SVP, Compliance, Quality and Ethics (Remote) – EVERSANA

Job Summary:
EVERSANA is seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Compliance, Quality and Ethics to lead global regulatory, compliance, and privacy programs for its life sciences services. This fully remote, senior executive role reports directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and plays a critical part in ensuring alignment with FDA regulations, global privacy laws, the Sunshine Act, and healthcare ethical standards. With a compensation range of $250,000–$275,000, this role is ideal for senior professionals with 20+ years of experience in compliance, law, or regulatory affairs in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize global compliance systems and procedures for all service lines

  • Present quarterly compliance reports to executive leadership and the Board of Directors

  • Provide legal support related to Sunshine Act, False Claims Act, PhRMA code, and OIG guidance

  • Oversee communication reviews with regulatory implications and agency interactions (FDA, DOJ, etc.)

  • Ensure compliance training programs and internal policy updates

  • Manage compliance hotline and investigate reported violations

  • Oversee risk assessments and handle global governance issues

  • Direct incident response plans and privacy investigations in collaboration with IT and Legal

  • Support strategic planning for privacy, data protection, and internal controls

  • Maintain and evolve the company’s Code of Conduct and SOPs across all departments

  • Act as liaison between Compliance and departments like HR, IT, Audit, Legal, and Business Units


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare compliance

  • J.D. preferred but not required

  • Expertise in FDA, HHS, DOJ, FCPA, False Claims Act, Sunshine Act, HIPAA, and EU privacy laws

  • Strong understanding of managed care, payer systems, specialty pharmacy, and PBM regulations

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive stakeholders

  • Track record of building privacy/compliance programs from the ground up

  • Excellent communication, policy writing, and investigative skills

  • Experience with conflict resolution, ethics governance, and legal interpretations

  • High integrity and strong ethical judgment required for global leadership
