Vice President – Client Success Management, Compliance Services

Location: Remote | Compensation: $148,000 – $200,000 | Experience: 15+ years

Job Summary

EVERSANA is hiring a strategic and collaborative Vice President – Client Success Management to lead client retention and growth initiatives within our Compliance Services portfolio, which includes Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs. This remote leadership role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to make a high-level impact on global client success strategies across the life sciences domain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the Client Success Management (CSM) function from the ground up

  • Create stakeholder maps, account health metrics, and retention frameworks

  • Coordinate internal/external meetings and revise contracts and services as needed

  • Drive client engagement through business reviews, newsletters, and strategy sessions

  • Oversee client lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, renewal, growth

  • Track key metrics like Net Promoter Score (NPS), retention, renewal rates, and client health

  • Partner with Compliance leadership and delivery teams on client strategy

  • Develop and implement communication strategies for renewals and client updates

  • Recruit and manage a high-performing CSM team as needed

  • Represent Compliance Services in external communications and thought leadership initiatives


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Client Success, Business Development, or Client Relations

  • Life sciences industry experience is mandatory

  • Strong expertise in CSM methodologies (e.g., Miller-Heiman, Blue Sheets)

  • Familiarity with client management software and customer retention tools

  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset

  • Experience building and scaling high-performing teams

  • Comfortable working across time zones and leading remote client engagements

  • Proficient in performance metrics, forecasting, and contract strategy
