Your Role

As a Compound Operational Lead (COL) within Global Development Operations, you will:

Provide global operational leadership for planning and execution of clinical programs.

Ensure alignment of clinical trial operations with overall program objectives.

Manage the clinical program lifecycle, from First-in-Human studies through asset launch.

Drive faster, cost-efficient, and patient-centric trials using industry-benchmarked project management methodologies.

Ensure compliance with global drug development processes.

Prepare and present operational content at governance meetings, offering strategic input to support program decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to achieve program goals.

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required; advanced degree in Life Sciences preferred.

12–15 years of experience leading complex global clinical trial programs.

5–7 years in senior leadership roles within clinical operations.

Extensive project management expertise in diverse global settings.

Strong leadership and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.

Proven oral and written communication skills for global teams.

Comprehensive expertise in drug development processes and interdependencies.

Demonstrated team-building ability across cross-functional environments.

Other Requirements

On-site presence: Minimum 3 days per week (Billerica, MA).

Travel: 25–30% (domestic and international) for meetings, conferences, and headquarters engagements.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $180,000 – $280,000 (based on location, experience, skills, and career level).
