Role Overview
As a Clinical Executive, you will contribute to overall team performance and client satisfaction by managing clinical processes, handling claims, and driving operational excellence. This role requires hands-on clinical knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to lead initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and compliance within healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of healthcare operations and clinical processes.

  • Process claims, handle projects, and manage calls according to standard process guidelines.

  • Meet productivity targets, turnaround times (TAT), and adhere to service level agreements (SLA).

  • Understand and comply with internal and external quality and security standards (HIPAA/ISO).

  • Acquire and apply knowledge across related process areas to support team performance.

  • Communicate effectively in English and other languages required for the function.

  • Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize team performance.

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to team members to enhance productivity and performance.

  • Manage multiple tasks, escalations, and reporting responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Proficiency with computers, software applications, and phone systems.
