Position Overview

The Learning Coordinator will support the Payments Learning Team by delivering and coordinating high-impact training programs for new and existing associates. This individual contributor role focuses on facilitating structured learning experiences, maintaining training content, and supporting continuous education initiatives across the Payments business unit.

The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure learning solutions align with evolving business needs, system enhancements, and operational workflows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured and engaging training sessions using approved learning materials for new hires and existing associates

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to support training related to system upgrades, workflow updates, product changes, and policy or procedure enhancements

  • Facilitate learning sessions focused on Zelis technology platforms and end-to-end service offerings

  • Support training lifecycle activities including needs assessment, planning, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement

  • Develop, update, and maintain a centralized, globally accessible catalog of training resources such as handbooks, multimedia content, demos, tutorials, and reference materials

  • Contribute to building an engaged learning community supporting onboarding and ongoing professional development

  • Ensure training documentation and content remain accurate, current, and aligned with organizational standards


Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of professional training or learning coordination experience within healthcare, fintech, or service operations environments

  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong facilitation and presentation capabilities

  • Proven ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field

  • Experience delivering training for large-scale service teams, contact centers, or data processing operations

  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content creation tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or Workday Learning

  • Familiarity with Salesforce case management and Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms)
