Role Overview:
We are actively hiring a Clinical Data Management – Manager with over 8 years of experience to lead and oversee clinical data operations. This leadership role is critical to ensuring high standards of data quality and regulatory compliance across global studies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage clinical data management activities from study startup through database lock.
Design, review, and validate case report forms (CRFs), data management plans (DMPs), and edit check specifications.
Supervise a team of data management professionals, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
Ensure data compliance with regulatory guidelines (CDISC, ICH-GCP, FDA, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Biostatistics, Clinical Operations, and Medical Writing.
Oversee data validation, discrepancy management, and database finalization processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to SOPs and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in clinical data management.
Proven track record in leading data management teams and handling global clinical trials.
Strong understanding of EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical) and CDISC standards.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
