Role Summary:

We are seeking a Client Quality Officer to manage and maintain the quality systems and training programs for assigned client projects. This role is vital in ensuring all work remains compliant with global regulations, PrimeVigilance SOPs, and client-specific requirements. The Client Quality Officer will work closely with project managers, quality teams, and clients to uphold rigorous standards and ensure project audit-readiness.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all client quality activities for assigned projects.

  • Ensure adherence to PrimeVigilance and client Quality Management Systems (QMS).

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and teams to implement the full Quality Cycle.

  • Create and maintain project-specific Quality Management Plans.

  • Review regulatory intelligence updates and assess their project impact.

  • Ensure compliance of SOPs and Joint Operating Guidelines with global pharmacovigilance regulations.

  • Maintain training plans, training matrices, and approve project-specific training materials.

  • Track training completion, competency testing, and audit readiness.

  • Manage access controls, disaster recovery plans, and audit trails for project systems.

  • Compile and monitor project-specific metrics and KPIs.

  • Conduct quality reviews of processed cases monthly.

  • Act as lead contact for audit-related activities, coordinating audit responses and CAPA management.

  • Assist with deviation reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventative actions (CAPAs).


Candidate Requirements:

  • Life Sciences degree (required).

  • Strong experience in pharmacovigilance, including quality and compliance in a GxP environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Leadership qualities; prior line management experience is a plus.

  • Proficient in common IT tools and systems.
