Job Title: Business Partner – Regulatory Operations


Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Business Partner with experience in Regulatory Operations to join our team. This strategic role requires expertise in publishing, submissions, and operational oversight to ensure timely, high-quality regulatory deliverables across global markets. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally and provide leadership on operational planning and execution.


Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Develop and manage daily regulatory operations using project management tools

  • Create and maintain detailed project timelines to ensure deliverables meet internal and client expectations

  • Coordinate and maintain productivity, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements

  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, internal processes, and applicable global regulatory guidelines

Resource and Project Planning

  • Plan and allocate appropriate resources to support publishing and regulatory activities

  • Conduct both short-term and long-term resource forecasting and planning

  • Meet regularly with project team leads to monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues

Process and Quality Oversight

  • Author, initiate, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and workflows for Regulatory Operations

  • Ensure continual process improvement and operational excellence across projects

Client Engagement and Proposal Support

  • Coordinate and prepare responses to client Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Quotes (RFQs)

  • Support business development efforts with accurate and timely input from a regulatory operations perspective


Desirable Skills and Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in Regulatory Operations

  • Demonstrated expertise in both Publishing and Submissions

  • Strong understanding of information management systems, regulatory systems, and eCTD submission standards

  • Proven project management and resource planning capabilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience collaborating across global teams and managing multiple regulatory projects concurrently
