Job Purpose

The Brand Manager will be responsible for managing brands to achieve business objectives, enhancing profitability, and driving growth. This role involves overseeing the product lifecycle, launching line extensions, executing sales promotion campaigns, and ensuring overall brand success.


Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve Brand Sales Targets

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Design and execute promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

2. Strategy Implementation & Execution

  • Monitor the execution of brand strategies by engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assess market feedback and propose modifications to optimize performance.

3. Stakeholder Training & Development

  • Conduct training programs for internal teams to improve product knowledge and in-clinic effectiveness.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing and sales teams for seamless brand execution.

4. Therapy Development & Scientific Engagement

  • Represent the company at scientific conferences to strengthen brand positioning within the industry.
  • Stay updated on therapy trends to drive brand innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Full-time MBA in Marketing.
  • Experience: 1-3 years, preferably in Brand Management.
