This role is strategically important in shaping Indero’s corporate messaging, enhancing thought leadership, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate & External Communications

  • Lead corporate communications targeting pharma and biotech sponsors, including website content, press releases, newsletters, digital campaigns, executive communications, and thought leadership materials.

  • Ensure messaging aligns with corporate objectives, regulatory standards, and strategic goals.

Content Strategy & Thought Leadership

  • Develop and execute Indero’s content pipeline, including white papers, articles, interviews, listicles, checklists, and expert publications.

  • Coordinate multi-round editorial workflows: drafting, copy editing, SEO integration, SME collaboration, revisions, and approvals.

  • Translate complex clinical and scientific topics into sponsor-focused narratives for multiple platforms.

Podcast & Multimedia Management

  • Lead end-to-end podcast production, including content strategy, guest sourcing, interview preparation, scripting, show notes, episode descriptions, and promotion.

  • Repurpose podcast content into derivative assets such as articles, newsletters, social content, and landing pages.

Public Relations & Media Relations

  • Develop and execute PR campaigns, press releases, media briefs, and interview coordination with external partners.

  • Manage multilingual translations to maintain messaging consistency across global markets.

  • Support executive communications and announcements for strategic initiatives, milestones, and interviews.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Advise internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Clinical Operations, HR, and Leadership.

  • Coordinate with external agencies (PR, SEO, design, media) to ensure alignment, timelines, and messaging quality.

  • Lead marketing and communications initiative meetings and manage multiple parallel projects.

Digital Channels & SEO Optimization

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns, email newsletters, social media content, website updates, and paid ads.

  • Apply SEO best practices to all content assets in collaboration with internal and external teams.

Internal Communications & Employer Branding

  • Partner with HR to deliver employee-focused storytelling, newsletters, town halls, and culture campaigns.

  • Ensure consistent internal communication for change management and engagement initiatives.

Quality & Operational Excellence

  • Maintain editorial standards, brand consistency, and regulatory compliance across all communications.

  • Identify communication gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B communications, marketing, or life sciences communications.

  • Proven ability to manage complex, concurrent initiatives with senior stakeholders.

  • Experience in translating clinical, scientific, or operational content into clear communications.

Skills & Competencies

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.

  • Strong scientific literacy and understanding of clinical research.

  • Expertise in SEO-driven content creation and digital marketing principles.

  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, SMEs, and external agencies.

  • Positive, professional attitude with high attention to detail.
