About the Role
Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is looking for an Associate Project Specialist to support the processing of contracts, stakeholder communication, and project tracking within the medical business unit. This role will focus on ensuring the timely execution of scientific events and external engagements while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support scientific events and external expert engagements by processing contracts and handling related documents.
  • Coordinate with event leads, country approvers, and external experts to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Plan and monitor project timelines and quality, ensuring compliance and internal customer satisfaction.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, resolve ongoing issues, and mentor junior associates.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring that all functions are handled efficiently, from accommodations to audiovisual needs.
  • Oversee budget management, financial reconciliation, and post-event reporting to achieve cost efficiencies.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert for technology solutions related to event management platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree (Life Sciences preferred), with at least 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
