About the Role
Sanofi Hyderabad Hub is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support various medical activities across regions. This individual will coordinate project timelines, milestones, and administrative tasks in alignment with stakeholders' expectations. The role involves ensuring the smooth execution of projects and medical events, including developing project materials, managing approvals, and communicating with stakeholders and vendors. The project manager will also provide operational support for vendor onboarding, contracts, and invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely progression.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for medical and internal events.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment among team members and stakeholders.
  • Lead project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Utilize project management tools like Smartsheet and Power BI to monitor progress.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and change management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, project management tools, and English (written and spoken).
