Role Overview

As an Associate Project Manager/Project Manager on our Global Clinical Supplies Team, you will oversee supply chain operations for complex global clinical trials. This role requires strategic planning, client collaboration, and leadership to ensure compliance with company and client requirements.

Location Flexibility: This role can be office-based, hybrid, or fully remote.


Key Responsibilities

Project Management and Coordination

  • Develop study-specific plans for each assigned project.

  • Coordinate efforts with internal teams to provide recommendations, manage risks, and update project reports/spreadsheets.

  • Integrate clinical supplies activities into the supply chain to align with project logistics strategies and GxP compliance.

Client and Team Interaction

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding supply chain requests, questions, and concerns.

  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

  • Represent the department in meetings, strategic projects, and initiatives.

Process and System Improvements

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and implement enhancements in existing tools and workflows.

  • Stay updated on new regulations and participate in related training programs.

Business Development

  • Support bidding and bid defense opportunities to secure new projects.


Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in clinical supply operations or related fields.

Skills and Competencies

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and an understanding of clinical supply operations.

  • Leadership: Effective team-building skills with the ability to mentor and inspire team members.

  • Communication: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with excellent interpersonal abilities.

  • Client Management: Proven experience in client and 3rd-party relationship management.

  • Problem Solving: Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills with a focus on urgency and detail.
