The Associate Director, Project Delivery is a leadership position responsible for managing employees in the Project Delivery Group, ensuring alignment and successful execution of clinical project deliverables. You will oversee the development and performance of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Associate Project Managers while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment.

🌟 Responsibilities

  • Employee Management & Development:
    • Oversee and mentor Senior Project Managers (SrPMs), Project Managers (PMs), and Associate Project Managers (APMs).
    • Support career development, provide performance feedback, and promote a positive work environment.
    • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Project Oversight:
    • Review project tasks, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure client expectations are met within budget and regulatory requirements.
    • Contribute to optimal study planning with risk management strategies and contingency plans.
    • Ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables in accordance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Training & SOP Development:
    • Work with the Training team to design and deliver relevant training for the Project Delivery team.
    • Contribute to the writing, review, and updating of related SOPs and tools.

🎓 Requirements

  • Education: B.Sc. in clinical project management or related field. PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical and project management in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry.
    • Experience in a CRO is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong leadership, organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and judgment skills.
    • Fluent in English (French is an asset).
    • Travel up to 10% of the time.
