About the Role:
ChenMed is seeking an Associate Clinical Director who is passionate about leading healthcare transformation. This role offers an opportunity to shape the future of senior care while driving clinical excellence. As an Associate Clinical Director, you will lead, supervise, and support a team of primary care providers (PCPs), manage patient care, and ensure operational success at your assigned center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor PCPs, ensuring high standards in clinical quality, patient care, and team performance.
  • Direct Patient Care: Provide care for acute and chronic conditions, manage complex cases, and collaborate with specialists as needed.
  • Team Management: Lead your care team, including medical assistants and coordinators. Collaborate with hospitalists and transitional care teams for patient care across various settings.
  • Operational Leadership: Facilitate weekly meetings, support center operations, and assist with recruitment and patient outreach efforts.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty. Board certification preferred; Board eligibility required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience is a plus, especially within ChenMed.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
