🔹 1. Client Delivery & Support
Oversee the delivery and support of IQVIA™ information assets (national, sub-national, and patient claims data).
Ensure adherence to IQVIA best practices to achieve service levels, client satisfaction, and revenue goals.
Represent IQVIA information assets within the client organization.
🔹 2. Account Management
Manage complex, large accounts with multiple stakeholders.
Coordinate across internal and external teams to ensure consistent service quality.
🔹 3. Strategic Planning & Client Understanding
Develop a strategic and tactical understanding of client business needs.
Create comprehensive support plans including data governance, change management, and client education.
🔹 4. Client Relationship Building
Build and strengthen relationships across the client’s organization — including commercial operations, data governance, market research, forecasting, sales operations, IT, and procurement.
🔹 5. Quarterly Business Reviews
Lead and manage quarterly information/business reviews with key client stakeholders.
🔹 6. Data Governance
Collaborate with clients and IQVIA centers of excellence to implement data governance best practices.
Coordinate impact assessments and recommendations for data events or product enhancements.
🔹 7. Issue Resolution
Address first-line service issues promptly and coordinate second-line support with the appropriate teams.
🔹 8. Performance Monitoring
Ensure all service levels, KPIs, contracts, and deliverables meet client expectations for timeliness and quality.
🔹 9. Proposal & Contract Development
Participate in proposal creation, work order development, and contract renewals.
🔹 10. Business Development Coordination
Work with the Account Director, Sales, Consulting, and Service Specialists to identify and validate new business opportunities.
🔹 11. Strategic Expansion
Develop strategies to expand client utilization of existing IQVIA services and identify new business applications.
🎓 Minimum Education, Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent).
5–8 years of experience in:
Account Management
Delivery Management (preferred)
Pharmaceutical Commercial Operations
General knowledge of IQVIA™ offerings, account management, and the pharmaceutical marketplace.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven relationship building and account development experience.
Solid understanding of marketplace dynamics.
Effective matrix management skills.
Travel required to client sites as needed.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay Range (Annualized): $79,600 – $221,900
Actual base pay may vary based on skills, education, experience, and location.
