Job Overview

This is an entry-level Graduate Pharmacovigilance role supporting global drug safety operations.

You will assist in the collection, processing, and reporting of adverse event data, contributing to patient safety and regulatory compliance in clinical development.

The role is designed for fresh graduates and includes structured training in pharmacovigilance processes.


Key Responsibilities

1. Adverse Event Data Management

  • Support collection, review, and processing of adverse event (AE) data

  • Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations and company procedures


2. Safety Reporting Support

  • Assist in preparation and submission of safety reports

  • Support regulatory reporting to authorities and stakeholders


3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams to ensure timely safety data communication

  • Support coordination between pharmacovigilance and other departments


4. Documentation & Compliance

  • Assist in development and maintenance of PV documentation such as:

    • SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

    • Safety management plans

  • Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date


5. Training & Development

  • Participate in training programs

  • Learn pharmacovigilance principles, regulations, and industry practices


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in:

    • Pharmacy

    • Life Sciences

    • Or related scientific field


Experience Required

  • Fresh graduates / entry-level candidates eligible

  • No prior PV experience required (training provided)


Key Skills Required

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good organizational and multitasking ability

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Basic analytical and problem-solving ability

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools


Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance principles (not mandatory)

  • Awareness of regulatory guidelines (optional)
