Job Description

Title: Assistant Manager - Delivery


Responsibilities

  • Meet all Client Service Level Agreements (deliverables)

  • Ensure team understands client-specific training requirements/needs

  • Analyze team performance results and implement process improvements

  • Determine appropriate staffing levels and implement strategies for efficient operations

  • Coordinate with support departments to execute staffing strategies effectively

  • Conduct regular team meetings with direct reports

  • Communicate all process and client updates within timelines and maintain records

  • Act as single point of contact for Team Leaders for client and team member needs, fostering a harmonious work environment

  • Supervise daily functions including team productivity, quality percentages, absenteeism tracking

  • Encourage team managers to complete performance appraisals in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements


Job Specification

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Medical Coding with specialty in Radiology

  • Experience in Client and Stakeholder Management

  • Strong Team and People Management skills

  • Coding Certification like CPC, CCS, COC, or AHIMA is mandatory
