Position Overview

Omega Healthcare is hiring AR Associates to support end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes within the healthcare revenue cycle. This role is suited for freshers and early-career professionals seeking to build expertise in medical billing, payment posting, and operational support for international healthcare clients.


Key Responsibilities

Medical Billing & Accounts Receivable

  • Process medical data accurately in line with client specifications.

  • Enter charges and post payments in designated billing software.

  • Manage payment posting, charge entry, correspondence handling, and related activities.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards.

  • Apply client instructions and updates during production activities.

  • Maintain strict adherence to company procedures, policies, and compliance guidelines.

Operational Support

  • Monitor daily emails for process updates or client communication.

  • Identify operational issues and escalate appropriately to supervisors.

  • Update production counts in SRP and online scorecards as required.

  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports as part of daily workflow.


Skills & Competencies

  • Understanding of healthcare concepts, medical billing, and US RCM processes.

  • Basic knowledge in payment posting, demo and charge entry, correspondence, or charge entry preferred.

  • Ability to meet daily and monthly productivity targets.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and process-oriented mindset.

  • Aptitude for working in structured BPO/RCM operations with a focus on accuracy.


Experience Requirements

  • 0 to 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Medical Billing, Payment Posting, or RCM operations.

  • Candidates with 6 months to 3 years of exposure to payment posting, demo and charge entry, or correspondence processing will be preferred.
