2. About the Team

Sanofi Business Operations (Global Hub – India) is a centralized resource organization supporting global functions across:

  • Specialty Care

  • Vaccines

  • General Medicines

  • CHC

  • R&D, Data & Digital

The Hyderabad hub provides strategic and tactical analytics, reporting, and data support to global medical, HEVA, and commercial teams.


3. Role Overview

As an Analyst – Reporting Solutions, you will:

  • Manage and deliver analytical reports and dashboards.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and visualization quality.

  • Support project management tracking, reporting, and automation.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance Sanofi’s analytics ecosystem.


4. Key Responsibilities

A. Reporting & Analytics

  • Manage and deliver regular and ad-hoc analytical reports and dashboards.

  • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across all dashboards.

  • Develop SOPs for analytical tools and dashboards.

  • Build advanced analytical tools and automate reporting processes.

  • Conduct data quality assessments and develop verification reports.

B. Project & Performance Management

  • Track and report project progress, budgets, and timelines.

  • Maintain and manage Smartsheet trackers and dashboard access.

  • Provide training on analytical tools and ensure best practices.

  • Continuously explore new features and cost-effective tools to enhance performance.

C. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with global and local teams to gather analytical requirements.

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal peers and stakeholders.

  • Provide actionable insights to business teams based on data analysis.


5. About You

🎓 Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications, Web/Graphic Design, or a related field.

💼 Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with analytical tools and reporting systems.

  • Hands-on expertise in:

    • Power BI

    • SQL

    • Smartsheet

    • Advanced Excel

  • Proven experience in dashboard creation, data analysis, and automation.

🧠 Technical Skills

  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent data handling and visualization capabilities.

  • Experience working with large datasets and complex reports.

  • Strong planning, documentation, and execution skills.

🤝 Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong collaboration in global and multicultural environments.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

🌐 Languages

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
