Role Overview
The Senior Clinical DevOps Analyst is a subject matter expert in clinical reporting, analytics, and system optimization. This role bridges clinical operations and technology, providing advanced data solutions, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring accurate reporting for clinical business operations. Candidates may be based in India or Serbia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for clinical systems, dashboards, and reporting solutions.

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards; apply advanced DAX, data modeling, and ETL best practices.

  • Execute SQL queries and manage data preparation across multiple sources.

  • Translate business reporting requirements into clear KPIs, logic, and actionable insights.

  • Troubleshoot and optimize DAX models, semantic models, and data pipelines.

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, document logic, and provide training or guidance on tools and reports.

  • Participate in clinical system projects, including requirements gathering, testing, validation, and workflow automation.

  • Provide user support for system and reporting issues, responding to service desk tickets efficiently.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation, workflow enhancements, and AI-assisted analytics.

  • Support adoption of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Databricks tools as applicable.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, clinical reporting, or DevOps in clinical/healthcare settings.

  • Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling best practices.

  • Strong SQL skills (joins, window functions, query optimization).

  • Experience in ETL processes and reporting from multiple data sources.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Preferred: Experience with Databricks, Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI-assisted analytics.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and in a hybrid international environment.
