Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound calls to schedule follow-up appointments for patients.

  • Update patient charts with current demographics, insurance eligibility, and communication preferences.

  • Support patients in registering with online patient portals.

  • Build provider schedules to optimize patient access.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and communication to patients and healthcare teams.

  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher).

  • Ability to work flexible schedules between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST.

  • Basic computer proficiency and adaptability to new technologies.

  • Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service or healthcare administration.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
