Remote Process Quality Analyst – Healthcare Quality | EVERSANA

Job Summary:
EVERSANA is seeking a Process Quality Analyst to support quality assurance and process improvement initiatives across client-facing healthcare services. This remote, full-time position offers a competitive salary between $67,500 and $94,000. Ideal for professionals with at least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry and expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and call center quality, this role is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence and enhancing patient-focused service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily call monitoring and internal process audits

  • Identify, investigate, and resolve non-conformities via CAPA

  • Audit client SLAs, track errors, and recommend corrective coaching

  • Assist in creating SOPs, quality policies, and key documentation

  • Lead and track quality improvement initiatives (2 per quarter minimum)

  • Deliver quality and compliance training including HIPAA and AE protocols

  • Perform KPI tracking and CSAT analysis to support service excellence

  • Collaborate across departments to resolve process issues and implement changes

  • Participate in process mapping for new and modified procedures


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare or pharma process improvement

  • 2–3 years' experience managing Lean/Six Sigma quality initiatives

  • Experience in call center operations and service-level auditing

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and project management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Business Management, or equivalent

  • Familiarity with CAPA, CSAT, KPIs, and quality frameworks

  • Preferred: Experience with ACTICS Salesforce; pharma background
