Process Quality Analyst – Remote | EVERSANA

Job Summary:
EVERSANA is hiring a Process Quality Analyst (Remote) to lead quality initiatives in the pharmaceutical and patient services sector. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with at least 5 years of healthcare experience, a strong background in Lean Six Sigma, and expertise in call center quality audits. With a competitive salary between $67,500 and $94,000, this is your opportunity to contribute to a global leader in life sciences commercialization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily monitoring of call center activity and client-specific programs

  • Conduct quarterly internal audits and ensure compliance with SOPs and SLAs

  • Lead Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) investigations and reporting

  • Audit service level agreements (SLAs) and document errors for resolution

  • Support quality compliance training on HIPAA, adverse events, and related topics

  • Drive two or more process improvement projects per quarter

  • Lead KPI tracking, CSAT analysis, and root-cause investigations

  • Map new and updated processes to ensure efficient execution

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to solve operational issues


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare with focus on quality/process improvement

  • At least 2–3 years of Six Sigma/Lean experience managing improvement initiatives

  • Experience in call center environments with emphasis on quality compliance

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong critical thinking, mentoring, and project management skills

  • Skilled in leading workshops, analyzing KPIs, and tracking quality metrics

  • Preferred: Familiarity with ACTICS Salesforce and pharma industry knowledge
