Location: East Hanover, New Jersey or Tempe, Arizona

This position will be located at the East Hanover, NJ or Tempe, Arizona site and will not have the ability to be located remotely

The creation of an internal Novartis Patient Support (NPS) Center is a strategic priority for US Pharma. We have an incredible opportunity to formulate exciting new partnerships to deliver transformative patient services. The PSS team is uniquely positioned to help support our goal of providing appropriate medications to twice as many patients twice as fast.

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Leads the development, execution, and maintenance of all key Patient Support Center documentation that supports the day to day operations of the team - Key documents may include working practice documents, work instructions, job aides, call guides, frequently asked questions, and other content required for the team to do their job
* Helps drive and pull-through operational and system requirements in relevant content and documentations and supports timely decision and risk management
* Drives approval of all documentation with all NPS key stakeholders and with our Materials Approval Process
* Leads creation of knowledge management repository to maintain version control of documentation
* Seeks input from Novartis Patient Support Care Navigators to ensure voice of customers is included in all documentation
* Collaborates with NPS Product, Enterprise Content Design, PSS Quality, and PSS Franchise teams to develop, execute, and maintain content and documents
* Supports new hire on-boarding, training, and management, including liaising with training team and maintaining of organization charts
* Facilitate key program meetings including agenda, pre-reads, and meeting minutes

Our selection process will prioritize US-based associates whose roles may be changing or may be impacted as a result of the Transforming for Growth reorganization. This is a US based position. No international relocation will be provided for this position.

This position will be located at the East Hanover site and will not have the ability to be located remotely. This position will require 20% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international).

What you'll bring to the role:
Education: Bachelor's Degree required. BA/BS in related field

Experience:
* 5 + years pharmaceutical experience, 2 years of Patient Services experience
* Demonstrated experience and success in large-scale enterprise roll-outs involving complex technology delivery and integrations as well as people impact
* Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
* Strong interpersonal and time management skills, and an ability for productive collaboration across varying departments
* Detail oriented problem solver who can make clear-headed decisions while under pressure
* Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, patient privacy and other relevant legal policies and principles
* Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive results
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
