Job Summary:

Fortrea, one of the world’s leading Clinical Research Organizations, is hiring Research Technicians in Dallas, TX to support early phase clinical trials. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals interested in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research. Whether you're a recent graduate or have up to one year of experience, this position offers direct involvement in groundbreaking clinical studies, supporting the development of tomorrow’s therapies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform vital signs checks: blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiratory rate, and weights

  • Conduct venipuncture and collect biological samples per study protocols

  • Record ECGs and Holter monitor readings accurately

  • Ensure dietary compliance among study participants

  • Assist with screening procedures and room/equipment preparation

  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized clinical environments

  • Respond to emergencies per clinical research standards

  • Support other assigned study tasks as needed


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (relevant experience may substitute)

  • 0–1 year of experience in clinical research or patient care

  • EMT, Phlebotomy, CMA, or CNA certification preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Ability to follow strict protocols with no deviations

  • Comfortable using technology and working in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to work rotating shifts in an on-site clinical setting
