Job Description:

As an AR Associate, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day revenue cycle management (RCM) activities such as Payment Posting, Charge Entry, Demo Entry, or Correspondence Handling. You will ensure accurate processing, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of client expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process medical data accurately and efficiently

  • Enter charges and post payments using designated healthcare software

  • Ensure deliverables meet client-specific quality standards

  • Collaborate with team leaders and escalate unresolved issues

  • Regularly review emails and implement client updates or changes

  • Maintain strict adherence to company policies and procedures

  • Achieve daily/monthly productivity and quality targets

  • Log production data into SRP and online scorecards accurately

  • Prepare and maintain necessary reports and documentation
