Job Description:
Genmab is seeking a passionate and experienced Solid Tumor Medical Science Liaison (MSL)/Senior MSL (Sr. MSL) to join their dynamic Global Solid Tumor Medical Affairs team. This field-based position will focus on fostering relationships with healthcare providers and offering scientific support for Genmab’s products and pipeline. This position requires significant travel within the Gulf Coast region, including South Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Alabama, and Mississippi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) in academic and community centers within the designated territory.
  • Execute territory plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategies at the regional, national, and global levels.
  • Provide medical information and support through scientific exchange on Genmab products.
  • Educate HCPs on disease states and Genmab products.
  • Support product launches and investigator-sponsored trials (ISTs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide scientific insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Represent Genmab at scientific conferences and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) strongly preferred.
  • At least 2 years of MSL/Medical Affairs experience in Oncology/Solid Tumor.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare and access environments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations such as FDA, OIG, ICH, GCP, and HIPAA.
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary Band (US-based candidates):
$155,840.00—$233,760.00, with additional compensation such as bonuses available based on factors like skills and experience.
