Job Title: Rare Cardiac, Amyloidosis Multi-disciplinary Specialist (AMS)

What You Will Achieve

As a Rare Cardiac, Amyloidosis Multi-disciplinary Specialist (AMS), your primary responsibility will be raising disease awareness for ATTR-CM (Transthyretin Amyloid Cardiomyopathy) among healthcare providers (HCPs) across multiple specialties, including hematology/oncology, neurology, primary care, and cardiology. You will target Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN), health systems, group practices, and other healthcare providers.

This role will require you to leverage your knowledge of the local healthcare ecosystem to develop and execute comprehensive sales business plans that drive increased disease awareness and accelerate new patient starts. You will work closely with relevant colleagues and utilize approved marketing resources to educate customers, foster relationships, and achieve business goals.

You must adhere to all company policies and applicable government regulations in executing your duties.


How You Will Achieve It

Account Planning & Collaboration

  • Prioritize customer opportunities using available data and insights.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with brand objectives.
  • Regularly maintain and update customer profiles using company resources.
  • Continuously evaluate call planning based on factors such as access, geography, and customer needs.

Hybrid Execution & Advanced Selling Skills

  • Utilize advanced selling techniques (e.g., PSSF) to communicate with customers.
  • Tailor messaging to customer priorities and needs, adjusting as necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Use in-depth knowledge of ATTR-CM, diagnostic procedures, and Vyndamax clinical profiles to educate customers and support patient identification and treatment.
  • Implement approved educational programs and messaging to raise awareness of ATTR-CM.

Coordination

  • Collaborate with other customer-facing teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to address customer needs.

Demonstrates Business Acumen

  • Gather customer insights and use data to anticipate market trends.
  • Prioritize resource allocation based on customer needs and business objectives.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 5-10 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or an Associate’s Degree with 8+ years of experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute territory business plans.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using market/customer insights to inform sales strategies.

Nice-to-Have

  • Rare Disease and/or Specialty experience (Cardiology, Hematology-Oncology, Neurology) is highly preferred.
  • Experience in product launches, hospital sales, or calling on large academic centers is also a plus.

Additional Information

  • Last Day to Apply: January 3, 2025
  • Travel: 2-3 overnights per month
  • Salary: $96,700 - $217,000 annually, plus quarterly Sales Incentive bonus
