Job Overview

Amgen is seeking a Training & Development Manager to oversee training programs and compliance-related learning initiatives at the Hyderabad site. The role focuses on ensuring all training activities meet GxP, GMP, and GDP regulatory requirements while supporting quality operations and inspection readiness. The manager will collaborate with global teams to implement effective learning strategies and improve training processes across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

1. Training Program Management

  • Oversee site-level training programs aligned with global GxP learning strategies.

  • Develop and implement training materials supporting business goals and quality operations.

  • Ensure training programs comply with GMP, GDP, and regulatory quality standards.

2. Learning Strategy Implementation

  • Execute global learning frameworks defined by the Global GxP Learning Team.

  • Work with learning ecosystem teams to identify training technology solutions and process improvements.

  • Drive innovation and efficiency in learning processes and systems.

3. Compliance & Inspection Readiness

  • Ensure training documentation and records meet regulatory expectations.

  • Support regulatory inspections and audits by preparing reports and coordinating responses.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for training compliance and learning operations.

4. Learning Operations & Systems

  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) processes and day-to-day learning operations.

  • Update and deliver training programs aligned with international regulatory requirements and company standards.

  • Provide feedback to improve learning tools, content, and governance.

5. Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

  • Participate in the GxP Learning Community of Practice (CoP).

  • Support change management initiatives and process optimization.

  • Collaborate with quality and operations teams to enhance learning effectiveness.
