BO acts as a strategic partner to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations globally, enabling efficient and high-quality tactical delivery.


Position Purpose

The Associate Project Manager manages end-to-end training and communication projects within Therapeutic Areas (TAs), ensuring effective adoption, execution, and measurement of learning programs. This role includes coordination of global training programs, workshops, and post-training analytics.


Key Responsibilities

Training & Project Management

  • Manage end-to-end TA training projects, including calendar preparation and workshop organization.

  • Lead complex global learning programs, ensuring smooth execution and adoption.

  • Develop and maintain onboarding documents and training materials for new hires.

  • Schedule and host training events (webinars, panel discussions), including Q&A, polls, and recording sessions.

  • Archive training materials and recordings on TA SharePoint site for learner access.

iLearn Platform Management

  • Raise requests for training creation, curriculum assignments, and group management.

  • Manage eBlasts announcing training availability to relevant medical teams.

Data & Metrics Management

  • Maintain master files, distribution lists, and metrics of training completion and attendance.

  • Provide post-training analytics, including attendance, satisfaction surveys, knowledge checks, and poll results.

Process & Quality Management

  • Oversee end-to-end project processes.

  • Manage KPIs for quality and timeliness for each training project.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build effective working relationships with global and local stakeholders.

  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure consistent training delivery.


Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 8–9 years of relevant industry experience; at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry.

Education

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Science; MBA preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Project Management and learning methodology (digital platforms).

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Knowledge of Medical Strategy, Therapeutic Area/Disease/Product knowledge is an advantage.

  • Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written).

  • Agile, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
