Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Training to design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs across the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. This includes billing, cash posting, credit balance management, and AR follow-ups. The role requires strong leadership, instructional design expertise, and the ability to align training with operational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain training programs and materials tailored to various RCM roles.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate training content for accuracy and compliance.

  • Implement training schedules for new hires and ongoing skill development of existing staff.

  • Conduct training using diverse formats: classroom, webinars, e-learning modules, workshops, and hands-on sessions.

  • Assess training effectiveness via evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics; continuously improve programs.

  • Mentor and coach training staff on instructional techniques, content development, and delivery methods.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes (HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid), and healthcare technology advancements, integrating knowledge into programs.

  • Collaborate with HR and operational leaders to identify training needs, succession planning, and career development paths.

  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation in compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

  • Manage onboarding of new clients, ensuring timely delivery of training SOPs, certification processes, and process mapping.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years in training and development, with at least 3–5 years in healthcare RCM training or related roles.

  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline; advanced certifications in Training & Development preferred.

  • Expertise in training program design, curriculum development, instructional design tools (Articulate, Storyboarding, Captivate, GoAnimate).

  • Strong understanding of healthcare billing, cash posting, credit balance, AR follow-ups, and revenue cycle workflows.

  • Leadership and management skills including team leadership, delegation, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

  • Proficiency in project management, training applications, learning management systems (LMS), and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver training effectively.

  • Analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven approach to training and process improvement.
