Job Overview

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Manager – Medical Information to support its Medical Affairs team by managing scientific communication related to company products. The role involves responding to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, maintaining medical information resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and compliant scientific communication.


Key Responsibilities

1. Medical Information Management

  • Provide clinical and technical product information in response to inquiries from healthcare professionals (HCPs), payers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Deliver accurate and timely responses to unsolicited medical information requests via verbal and written communication.

  • Support the Medical Information Call Center with escalated cases and training.

2. Scientific Content Development

  • Develop and maintain Standard Response Letters (SRLs) and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

  • Maintain product knowledge databases using up-to-date clinical and scientific evidence.

  • Review new clinical data and ensure medical information resources remain current.

3. Reporting & Insights

  • Analyze medical inquiry data, reports, and metrics to identify trends and knowledge gaps.

  • Provide periodic updates and insights to internal stakeholders.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with teams including Clinical Development, Regulatory, Marketing, Legal, Quality Assurance, and Market Access.

  • Support Promotional Material Review Committee (PMRC) and Scientific Review Committee (SRC) processes to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance.

5. Medical Affairs Support

  • Assist with presentations on product or disease-state updates.

  • Coordinate and review legal contracts related to Medical Affairs activities.

  • Provide ongoing support for broader medical information operations.
