Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead – Medical Coding (Healthcare) with 8 to 12 years of professional experience in medical coding and healthcare revenue cycle management. This role is designed for a seasoned expert who can lead coding teams, strengthen compliance, and drive operational excellence across healthcare product solutions. The position requires working night shifts and offers a dynamic platform to influence the efficiency and quality of our healthcare processes.
This role is ideal for professionals who excel in medical coding leadership, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within a global healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee end-to-end medical coding operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance healthcare product performance and operational outcomes.
Optimize revenue cycle management processes to improve financial accuracy and efficiency.
Analyze coding and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Mentor and support junior medical coders by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Develop and maintain standardized documentation for coding policies, workflows, and best practices.
Conduct internal audits to ensure coding quality, regulatory alignment, and consistency.
Monitor industry updates, regulatory changes, and compliance standards affecting medical coding.
Contribute to innovation-driven initiatives that streamline coding processes.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve coding-related issues.
Support creation of training modules, learning materials, and development programs for coding teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 8 to 12 years in medical coding and healthcare revenue cycle management.
Strong understanding of healthcare products and their operational workflows.
Advanced knowledge of medical coding principles, compliance standards, and best practices.
Proven ability to enhance coding operations and drive performance improvements.
Skilled in hybrid work environments and able to work night shifts as required.
Excellent analytical skills, communication abilities, and stakeholder management experience.
Demonstrated capability to lead teams and deliver quality-driven results.
