Summary:

The Sales Representative plays a key role in customer interactions and sales performance. They are responsible for building strong relationships with customers and patients while driving sales growth in a compliant and ethical manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business plans and implement customer events, sales & marketing campaigns, and sales presentations to achieve objectives.
  • Achieve agreed sales, productivity, and performance targets within budgets and timelines.
  • Provide key account/hospital network support, market access support, and referral networks.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, strategies, key messages, and competitors.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality customer relationships.
  • Execute sales planning, target achievement, and reporting responsibilities.
  • Comply with Novartis’ Code of Conduct and adverse event reporting guidelines.
  • Distribute marketing samples where applicable.
  • Maintain key accounts and contribute to team and company objectives.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in healthcare/pharma sales or a related business. Established customer network is desirable.
  • Education: Science background required (B.Sc., B.Pharm).
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and territory knowledge.
  • Preferred: Experience in cardiovascular sales.
