Job Overview

We are hiring a Study Nurse to support clinical trials, bioavailability (BA), and bioequivalence (BE) studies.

This role is essential in ensuring patient safety, accurate clinical data collection, and protocol compliance during clinical research activities. You will work closely with clinical research teams, investigators, and coordinators to execute study procedures aligned with ICH-GCP and SOP guidelines.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career nurses to enter the clinical research and pharmaceutical industry.


Key Responsibilities

Clinical Procedures & Patient Care

  • Monitor and record vital signs as per study protocol and SOPs

  • Perform IV cannulation and blood sample collection (phlebotomy)

  • Administer investigational products (IP) as per protocol

  • Assist in adverse event (AE) identification and management

Clinical Trial Operations

  • Support screening and volunteer registration (including BMI checks)

  • Conduct study procedures in compliance with GCP, SOPs, and protocols

  • Assist in BA/BE and ICU ward management

Sample & Data Management

  • Label and manage vacutainers, cryo vials, and biological samples

  • Segregate and track samples accurately

  • Enter lab values and maintain study documentation

  • Compile screening reports and study reports

Inventory & Compliance

  • Maintain stock of emergency medicines and study materials

  • Ensure proper bio-medical waste disposal as per SOP

  • Record temperature and humidity logs for wards and storage areas

  • Maintain logbooks for ICU instruments and emergency medicines

Documentation & Training Support

  • Maintain and update clinical logs, CRFs, and training records

  • Assist in staff training documentation and compliance tracking

  • Ensure audit readiness and proper documentation practices


Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Degree/Diploma in Nursing (GNM/BSc Nursing)

  • Valid Nursing Council Registration

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in clinical or hospital settings

  • Freshers with strong clinical skills can apply

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care

  • Basic understanding of clinical trials and GCP guidelines (preferred)

  • Familiarity with phlebotomy, IV cannulation, and ICU handling

Core Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical research environment

  • Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation


Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to clinical trials or BA/BE studies
