The Strategist, Patient Recruitment & Site Engagement will work alongside the Associate Director, Patient Recruitment and the Digital Marketing Specialist to drive patient recruitment strategies and site engagement. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in patient recruitment programs, clinical trials in NA and EU, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, EU & US regulations).

πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities

βœ” Develop project-level recruitment strategy plans with the Patient Recruitment Team
βœ” Train project teams on recruitment strategy alongside the Project Manager/CTM
βœ” Participate in BD handovers, Kickoff Meetings, and Investigator Meetings
βœ” Provide patient recruitment training slides for SIV and CRA training
βœ” Create and manage site recruitment materials, ensuring regulatory approval
βœ” Oversee translations and distribution of recruitment materials
βœ” Monitor subject enrollment progress, proposing enhancements when needed
βœ” Collaborate with clinical teams for site communication and support
βœ” Build recruitment models based on feasibility and actual recruitment performance
βœ” Interact with clients to develop recruitment strategies and budgets
βœ” Support sites with achieving recruitment targets and advertisement budgets
βœ” Manage Clinago platform setup, site onboarding, and central campaign monitoring
βœ” Ensure proper documentation in eTMF and global IRB submissions

πŸ“Œ Requirements

πŸŽ“ Education: BA/BS in Communications or related field
πŸ›  Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in biotech, pharmaceutical, CRO, or health/medical communication
  • Experience in patient recruitment strategies and research site environments (preferred)
  • Familiarity with GDPR, ICH standards, and clinical trial regulations
  • Knowledge of Health Canada & FDA regulations

  • Spanish or French language skills (an asset)
  • Experience working with Patient Advocacy Groups
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities
