Job Title: Manager, Clinical Operations (Clinical Supplies) – Remote (US-Based)

Job Summary:

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Manager, Clinical Operations (Clinical Supplies) to oversee and support a team of global clinical supply professionals. This remote position requires 25–50% travel to Rahway, NJ and West Point, PA, making it ideal for professionals based in or near Philadelphia, PA. The role combines clinical trial management, staff development, and operational oversight, offering a rewarding opportunity to drive quality in global pharmaceutical supply chain execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, mentor, and support a team of clinical supply professionals

  • Oversee project assignments, onboarding, and staff development plans

  • Ensure teams have appropriate tools, access, and training

  • Align staff allocations with client and project needs

  • Review deliverables and monitor team performance for quality compliance

  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

  • Build long-term client relationships and address operational challenges

  • Participate in process improvements and strategic planning across clinical operations


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)

  • 3–5 years of experience in clinical supplies or clinical trials, including people management

  • Deep understanding of GCP, ICH, and clinical research regulations

  • Demonstrated experience in line and performance management

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage stakeholder expectations
