Statistical Programmer II
Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, validate, and maintain SAS programs for the creation of datasets, tables, listings, and figures as per study requirements.

  • Work collaboratively with biostatistics, data management, and other functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.

  • Perform data manipulations, transformations, and statistical programming in compliance with SOPs, ICH, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Create and review programming specifications and ensure alignment with study protocols and statistical analysis plans.

  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of outputs.

  • Assist in the development and standardization of macros and tools to improve efficiency.

  • Support project timelines by proactively identifying risks and resolving programming issues.

  • Maintain well-organized and inspection-ready documentation for all programming activities.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and departmental projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.

  • Strong proficiency in SAS programming and statistical data handling.

  • Knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH guidelines, and CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment under tight timelines.

Salary Range: ₹12,00,000 – ₹16,00,000 per annum (estimated industry standard for mid-level statistical programming roles in India).
