Role Overview:
The Sr Principal Statistical Programmer will provide leadership in statistical programming activities for clinical trials, working in either a Functional Service Provider partnership or a full-service model. This position involves overseeing programming deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and mentoring team members while collaborating with cross-functional project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead programming efforts for the production of datasets, tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) for clinical trial reporting.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.
Collaborate with biostatisticians, data management, and other functions to ensure clear specifications and efficient workflows.
Mentor junior programmers and support technical skill development within the team.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows.
Act as a subject matter expert for statistical programming standards and tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
Extensive experience in statistical programming in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
Proficiency in SAS and other relevant programming languages.
Strong understanding of CDISC standards (SDTM and ADaM) and regulatory submission requirements.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
