Role Overview
Clarivate is seeking a highly motivated Senior Team Lead to support a research team focusing on the U.S. provider industry.
The role involves:
Team leadership and performance management
Custom and syndicated market research
Specialized work in U.S. healthcare revenue cycle, care quality, and supply chain
The Senior Team Lead will guide a team of experts and ensure high-quality research outcomes aligned with departmental goals.
About You – Education, Experience & Skills
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree (preferably in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:
Healthcare
U.S. revenue cycle
Clinical field
Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor
Strong secondary research skills
Ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis
Demonstrated capability to manage:
Time
Multiple projects
Priorities with minimal supervision
Preferred / Good to Have
Strong time management skills
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adhere to SOPs and organizational policies
