Role Overview

Clarivate is seeking a highly motivated Senior Team Lead to support a research team focusing on the U.S. provider industry.
The role involves:

  1. Team leadership and performance management

  2. Custom and syndicated market research

  3. Specialized work in U.S. healthcare revenue cycle, care quality, and supply chain

The Senior Team Lead will guide a team of experts and ensure high-quality research outcomes aligned with departmental goals.


About You – Education, Experience & Skills

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree (preferably in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field)

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:

    • Healthcare

    • U.S. revenue cycle

    • Clinical field

  • Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor

  • Strong secondary research skills

  • Ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis

  • Demonstrated capability to manage:

    • Time

    • Multiple projects

    • Priorities with minimal supervision

Preferred / Good to Have

  • Strong time management skills

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to adhere to SOPs and organizational policies


Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management

  • Lead, supervise, and review the team’s work

  • Ensure the team meets operational and functional objectives

  • Contribute measurably to short-term departmental goals

2. Primary & Secondary Research

  • Investigate evolving trends in the U.S. provider industry

  • Analyze regulatory changes impacting healthcare organizations

  • Conduct:

    • Polls

    • Surveys

    • Interviews with hospital leaders and industry experts

3. Written Analysis

  • Gather and prioritize information

  • Prepare qualitative and quantitative analyses for U.S. hospitals and health systems

4. Client Support

  • Engage regularly with clients to:

    • Understand needs

    • Deliver targeted solutions

    • Improve research products based on feedback
