Job Title: Senior Statistical Programmer I

Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Trivandrum (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Create and validate safety and efficacy analysis datasets adhering to CDISC and client-specific standards, maintaining high quality and accuracy.

  • Create and validate safety and efficacy tables, listings, and figures with precision.

  • Develop study-specific or general macros and finalize programming specifications and mock-ups.

  • Adhere to programming specifications and study-specific requirements, ensuring timely completion and documentation.

  • Plan and organize workload effectively to meet project-specific timelines.

  • Implement effective resource planning, task allocation, and workload tracking in alignment with agreed KPIs and quality standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues efficiently.

  • Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

  • Proactively engage with the biostatistics team, including remote teams, senior programming, management, and sponsor personnel to achieve study goals.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of work experience in ADaM programming and R.

  • Proven expertise in creating and validating safety and efficacy tables, listings, and figures.

  • Extensive experience in the creation of ADaM datasets for safety and efficacy domains.

  • Strong SAS programming skills including proficiency in SAS/Base, PROC SQL, SAS/Stat, SAS Macros, and SAS/Graph (Base and Advanced SAS).
