Job Title: Senior Specialist - Quality Services

Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Specialist - Quality Services for our Bangalore location to lead customer-centric quality support, regulatory resolutions, and ensure compliance with global GMP, FDA, and EMA standards. This full-time position requires expertise in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical or life science industry, a strong grasp of regulatory processes, and project management skills to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized Quality Support for Strategic Partnership Accounts.

  • Resolve customer quality and regulatory issues and ensure proper follow-up.

  • Maintain strong customer communication during extended site investigations.

  • Coordinate complex quality investigations across multiple global sites.

  • Deliver consultative Quality Services to align with client regulatory requirements.

  • Implement quality policies, procedures, and standards to improve services.

  • Ensure long-term sustainable customer relationships.

  • Partner with CRM and business teams to track and improve customer-focused quality metrics.

  • Lead or contribute to internal quality training sessions for various departments.

  • Apply commercial and industry insights to enhance quality service delivery.

  • Directly address and resolve highly complex business and regulatory problems.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Engineering, or equivalent Life Science field.

  • Over 10 years of professional experience in the life science or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Solid knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and cGMP regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proven project management and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster customer relationships.

  • Expertise in handling quality investigations and process improvements.
