Overview

Syneos Health®, a global biopharmaceutical solutions leader, is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Specialist to manage and execute site identification and contracting processes for clinical trials. This role ensures timely completion of site agreements and documentation while maintaining compliance with regulations and company standards.

The position is ideal for professionals with clinical research experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage site performance metrics effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute site identification processes per regulations, SOPs, and project requirements.

  • Complete and negotiate site confidentiality agreements (CDAs) and site information forms (SIFs) with investigative sites.

  • Serve as primary contact for sites, providing guidance and support throughout site start-up.

  • Track and ensure completion of site identification activities; collect and file required documentation.

  • Maintain, review, and report on site performance metrics; identify gaps and implement corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of site start-up activities.

  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of processes, programs, and policies.

  • Provide mentorship or guidance to junior team members and oversee defined components of projects.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, SOPs, and project requirements.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Practical knowledge of clinical research site operations, typically acquired through education and professional experience.

  • Strong understanding of regulations, SOPs, and project requirements for site identification.

  • Experience negotiating and managing site contracts (CDAs, SIFs).

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently or collaboratively.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for site management.

  • Certifications in clinical research or site management preferred.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $56,400 – $95,900 (based on experience and qualifications)
