Role Overview:

The Senior Project Coordinator will support the US Medical Oncology team with administrative and project-related tasks, ensuring efficient team operations. The role involves managing calendars, organizing events, maintaining records, and handling confidential materials, requiring strong organizational and multitasking skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate diverse administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and event planning.
  • Manage finance processes, including purchase orders and contractor onboarding.
  • Support team activities, including culture initiatives and technical needs.
  • Anticipate conflicts or issues and take proactive measures for resolution.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate across teams in a global matrix environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma (some college or degree preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years of administrative experience; project coordination background preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in BMS systems (e.g., SAP, SharePoint, MS Teams).
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage tasks independently.
