About the Antibody Team:
This specialized group focuses on engineering and developing high-specificity antibodies for diverse immunoassay applications. Activities include antibody design, purification, conjugation, and testing, all powered by innovative tools and technologies. The aim is to develop advanced research products that accelerate scientific discovery.


Role Summary:
As a Scientist I – Protein Biology, you will be a key contributor to the antibody development program, with a strong focus on single-cell workflows and molecular biology techniques. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the performance and specificity of antibody reagents.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and support single-cell sorting workflows

  • Plan and carry out experiments meticulously to meet project goals

  • Maintain accurate and timely experimental records in lab notebooks and data sheets

  • Stay up-to-date with scientific literature related to antibody development

  • Compile and present experimental data in both oral and written formats

  • Collaborate effectively in team meetings and cross-functional settings

  • Maintain high attention to detail and adherence to project timelines


Candidate Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences with 0–4 years of experience

  • OR PhD submitted within the last 1 year in molecular biology, immunology, biotechnology, or biochemistry

Technical Skills & Experience:

  • Strong foundation in immunology and flow cytometry; experience with cell sorting is a plus

  • Hands-on experience in molecular biology workflows: cloning, vector construction, PCR, digestion, ligation, transformation, plasmid purification, sequencing

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve experimental challenges

  • Proficiency with flow cytometry platforms and data analysis tools (FlowJo, FCSExpress), MS Office, and statistical software like GraphPad Prism

  • Knowledge or experience in antibody development platforms (desirable)

  • Demonstrated project work via thesis, reports, or publications
